The ground floor accommodates bedrooms 2 and 3, both available as a superking or twin rooms. Fitted out with designer soft furnishings and LED TVs, both rooms have an ensuite bathroom and double doors out onto a ground floor terrace.   In addition there is a spacious understairs storage cupboard and a separate cupboard to hang jackets and store helmets and shoes.

Taking the curved staircase up to the first floor, the accommodation opens out into a large living space.  Here there are floor to ceiling windows across most of the length of the room with two sets of double doors out onto the balcony where there are armchairs and rugs to sit out and enjoy a drink at the end of the day with views out to the Solaise chairlift and the mountains.

Internally, there is a large, comfy sitting area, with log burner, furnished with Ralph Lauren fabrics and fur cushions to relax and enjoy the variety of entertainment on offer – TV, DVD, Freeview, Apple TV, Bluetooth Speaker, Xbox One, chess, a large cupboard of board games and DVDs.

Adjacent to the sitting area is the dining area which seats up to 8 guests comfortably and a further 3 guests at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Baking is well catered for with a Kitchen Aid mixer and blender and lots of additional items for home dining such as a fondue set, tapas set, champagne bucket, wine carafes and so on.

The master suite is sumptuously furnished with Porta Romana side lamps, LED TV and designer soft furnishings. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and separate bath and plenty of hanging space in the bedroom.

Bedroom 4 is also found on the first floor and is perfect for accommodating children in the built in single bunk beds.  The room also provides a shower and hand basin.

There are hairdryers in every bathroom and Luxury Aromatherapy Associates bath and shower products.

Opposite the kitchen is the cloakroom/utility room where a washing machine and tumble drier are located.
